How to use: (Per hair type)
Straight to fine hair textured hair- Apply conditioner at least 4-5 inches from scalp/hair roots. Leave hair mask on for no more than 5 minutes rinse out thoroughly. 
Recommended to use 1x per month as a treatment.
For wavy to curly medium dense textured hair- Leave hair mask on for up to 20 minutes (no conditioning cap needed) Rinse out thoroughly and proceed with normal styling. 
Recommended to use 2x per month as a treatment
For curly to coily dense hair- Apply hair mask on hair strands in sections do not apply conditioner to scalp ensure all strands are coated and use conditioner cap (plastic cap etc...) leave on with cap for up to 30 minutes for ultimate hydration. Proceed with styling as normal.
